La Carnita is Looking for a motivated, outgoing and dynamic Chef de Cuisine to Develop and Lead the New Square One Team!
The Chef de Cuisine will play a key role in defining La Carnita’s vision for high quality food. They will ensure that it is delivered with a hands on approach in a professional, safe and efficient manner, satisfying the needs of the individual restaurant and exceeding guest expectations. The Chef de Cuisine will contribute to F&B profitability through the delivery of exceptional food products, by acting as a steward of the departmental resources and assets, operating with effective cost controls, schedules, processes and procedures. This position is fast-paced and requires flexibility to adapt to last minute business needs.
